29 CFR 1926.451(d)(1): All suspension scaffold support devices, such as outrigger beams, cornice hooks, parapet clamps, and similar devices, did not rest on surfaces capable of supporting at least 4 times the load imposed on them by the scaffold operating system a) Roof parapet wall: On or about April 8, 2019 Cornice hooks, used to support the suspended scaffold, rested on copping stones that were not capable of supporting at least 4 times the load imposed on them by a two point suspension scaffold.
