29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about March 28, 2019, in east end of the shop, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when an employee was engaged in a service and/or maintenance task, such as using compressed air to clean wood dust from an Oliver 170 Stratoplane Planer Machine, Serial Number 202850.
