29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: On or about April 3, in the mechanic shop at Stewart Construction LLC, located at 1725 Destrehan Avenue, Harvey, LA 70058, sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained for the electrical panel to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of the equipment. An air compressor was impeding access to the electrical panel.
