29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For employees working at 11652 Saunders Avenue in Bonita Springs, on or about April 1, 2019. Employees were installing roofing material without the use of a personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to a fall height of approximately 8 feet.
