29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: (a) On March 21, 2019, and at times prior, for the employee exposed to fall and struck-by hazards where the manmade garbage basket was not secured to the forks on a Mustang 634 rough terrain forklift at or near 1122 West Turnpike Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
