On or about March 20, 2019, at The Viking Corporation warehouse facility at 9153 Estate Thomas, Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, VI. The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee who was fatally wounded while working as a mover helper on the morning shift.
