OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when permitting an employee to ride in the bucket of a skid steer to secure trees in that bucket: On or about March 20, 2019, at a residential structure located at 606 N. Victoria Park Road in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, an employee was exposed to a struck-by and/or an amputation hazard when permitted to ride in the bucket of a skid steer while performing landscaping work.
