Text For Citation: 01 Item/Group: 001 Hazard:
29 CFR 1910.25(b)(3): The employer did not ensure that stairs have uniform riser heights and tread depths between landings: (a) Facility, 116 N. River Avenue, Parker, PA: On or about March 25, 2019 the stairs leading to the MH Production Office did not have uniform riser heights. There were two sets of stairs separated by a landing. The first and the last steps on the stairs starting from the floor to the landing both had a riser height that measured approximately 9 inches and the other steps' risers measured approximately 7 1/2 inches, thereby not being uniform in height.
