29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) On or about March 20, 2019, at Lots 10-15, 62-76 Madaline Lane, Dawsonville, Georgia: Four employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11.5-feet to greater than 25-feet when the employer did not conduct job site inspections to ensure employee safety, and compliance its accident prevention responsibilities.
