29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces. a) Amerinox located at 2201 Mount Ephraim Ave, Camden NJ, Building 2, Mirror Line: The employer failed to provide a safe access to the wooden platform where nitric acid and aluminum oxide were added to the tanks. Employees had to walk along the concrete edge and the tank edge, over piping in order to gain access to the platform, occurred on or about 3/21/2019. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 AS PER 29 CFR 1903.19.
