On 3/19/19, at the Suwanee facility, the employer did not ensure equipment pertaining to the Ammonia refrigeration system complied with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices. Instances included: a - Engine room Ammonia alarms were not set correctly and in accordance with ANSI/IIAS 2-2104. b - There were no audible or visual alarms at each entrance of the engine room and in accordance with ANSI/IIAS 2-2104.
