29 CFR 1910.178(m)(1): Trucks shall not be driven up to anyone standing in front of a bench or other fixed object. a) On March 10, 2019 while working in freezer location FC1905 a powered industrial vehicle operator drove their lift truck into another employee, in that while they were in the freezer in zone FC1905 employee operating powered industrial lift truck struck another employee pinning them between the reach truck and the (fixed object) pallet jack.
