29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) R. L. Mayle Construction, LLC., on or about March 19, 2019 at the address of 535 West Market Street in Tiffin, Ohio: The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls while performing roofing activities atop a flat low sloped commercial structure. Employees replacing the roof of the structure were exposed to falls of approximately fourteen feet to the concrete ground.
