29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about March 12, 2019, at the jobsite, employees installing metal roof panels on a 5/12 pitch roof exposed to fall hazards were not protected from falling 23 feet, 6 inches to the ground below, in that fall protection was not used.
