29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: On or about 03/13.2019, C.L. Smith Company dba Lyons Blow Molding, located at 8966 Latty Ave., Berkeley, MO, did not conduct an at least annual periodic inspections of their Energy Control (LO/TO) Program. The last review with the authorized employees was dated in July of 2017. The employer had a Blender 104556.14 with electrics and pneumatics, and a Magic Blow Molding Machine 44-10 with electrics, pneumatics and water sources.
