29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Throughout Phase 1 Building (Matline) and Phase 2 Building - On or about March 7, 2019 and times prior to, the employer did not utilize specific procedures to control hazardous energy when performing maintenance and servicing activities on equipment included but not limited to the Tandem Feeder and Robot Chopper 1 & 2, thus exposing employees to caught-in, struck-by, and crushed-by hazards.
