29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 3/12/19, at 550 Admiralty Parade, Naples, FL, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 14ft due to not being tied-off to an anchor point on the roof while retrieving roof tiles from one part of the roof and bringing it to another part of the roof. PLEASE NOTE: DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION. West Coast FL Enterprises, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1291670, citation number 01, item number 001, issued on 3/6/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 3800 Prospect Avenue, Naples, Florida 34104, which became a final order on 3/27/2018.
