29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: The employer is failing to protect employees from electrical hazards while operating an aerial lift near energized power lines. This was most recently documented at 4827 Dodge St, Omaha, Nebraska on March 11, 2019 when an employee was operating an aerial lift in close proximity to energized electrical wires. The employee received severe electrical burns after making contact with the wires.
