29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii): The procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to the following specified in paragraphs (c)(4)(ii)(a)-(c)(4)(ii)(d): Location: 106 Passaic Ave Fairfield Ave Fairfield, NJ 07004 - Machine Shop a) The employer failed to develop and implement machine specific energy control procedures for employees conducting servicing and maintenance operations on equipment to include but not limited to the Fadal CNC88-VMC40 contouring milling machine. Condition noted on or about 3/12/19.
