29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) 2603 Newnan Road, Griffin, GA., Non-insulating vehicle-mounted elevating and rotating bucket truck- On or about March 7, 2019, the employer exposed an employee to electrical shock hazards (2-phase, approximately 14,400 volts, power lines), in that an employee was not provided training to recognize electrical hazards and follow procedures to minimize them before being expected to perform television cable wiring tasks near electrical power lines.
