29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: On or about March 8, 2019, the employer had not provided a suitable face and body wash for quick drenching employees when using the following hazardous corrosive chemicals: a) Pool Chemical Room - Sodium Hypochlorite (pH 12); b) Laundry Room - Ultra Liquid Sour (pH 0.7); c) Laundry Room - Clorox Bleach Laundry Additive (pH 12); and d) Kitchen - Vertex CSS-5 Bleach (pH 12).
