29 CFR 1910.36(b)(1): At least two exits routes were not available to permit prompt evacuation of employees during an emergency: (a) Yellow Belt Unloading Area - Employees working in the unloading area on the yellow belt's western side had only one exit route, through the Yellow Bristol, exposing these employees to a fire hazard, on or about March 7, 2019. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
