29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: The employer is failing to ensure that employees are protected from the hazard of chemical exposures. This violation was most recently documented at a worksite located at or near 1115 W 2nd St., Hastings, Nebraska 68901 on or about March 6, 2019. The employer is failing to ensure to develop or implement a written hazard communication program meeting the minimum requirements specified in this subpart. Abatement certification is required for this violation. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed with this citation.
