29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about February 18, 2019, at 15701 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, 33160, the employer failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of tools brought to the workplace, to include, but not limited to, pneumatic air guns that had their sequential trip setting bypassed to operate at a contact trip setting, operated at an air pressure of 145 psi, and had permanent belt clips installed, thus exposing workers to being struck-by high velocity nails .
