29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(iii): Special hand tools for placing and removing material(s) was not provided to permit easy handling of material without the operator placing a hand in the danger zone: On February 27, 2019, and times prior there to, an employee conducted meat cutting tasks and was not provided with a tool for the placement of material to prevent hands from going into the point of operation. H-E-B, LP Store #292 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1193731, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2700 Seventh Street, Bay City, Texas 77414.
