29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) 16 Silver Terrace - On or about February 27, 2019 and at times prior thereto, a competent person did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Employees were exposed to housekeeping and fall hazards while on site which could have been corrected had an inspection of the site by a competent person been performed.
