29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) Worksite, 50 Rausch Creek Road, Tremont, PA - Employees operated the Raymond Reach-Fork Truck Model 752 - R45TT (Serial No. 752-13-AD38996) with a damaged idler wheel which exposed employees to struck-by hazards while the powered industrial truck was operated, on or about February 28, 2019. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19, abatement certification is required for this violation.
