29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On or about February 22, 2019, the employer did not ensure the walking/working surfaces (stairs from first level to second level) had the strength and structural integrity to support employee(s) safely as required exposing employees to falls. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
