29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that the strain relief was provided that will prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a) Center Charging Station - On February 19, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the electrical charging cord on the Life Speed 3000 High - Speed Smart Charger model #TC3-LS-ATR3015, serial #JC79370, was connected to the device and fitting. The charging connector had the protective sheath detached from the end and showing bare copper wire. b) East End Electrial Panel - On February 19, 2019, the employer did not ensure that the conduit connector on the electrical panel was connected to the fitting.
