29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury. On February 13, 2019 employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards, in that the employer had not adequately trained employees in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions to include moving a 1,750 pound electrical cabinet on two four wheel dollys
