OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when damaged storage racks had not been removed from service: a) On or about February 11, 2019 - 7049 Greenbrier Parkway NW, Madison, AL, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when a rack support had been damaged and the racks had not been unloaded, repaired, or replaced. Employees drive powered industrial trucks, driver tuggers, walk, and work in the area of location 116.6E/116.7A.
