29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point of operation guards were not designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of their body in the danger zone during the operating cycle: a) 7346 Penn Drive Allentown, PA - On or about February 5, 2019, the point of operation guarding of the Foam Line PLC 200-3 Saw Machine was not designed and constructed to prevent the operator from having their fingers enter into the danger zone during the cutting of small sections of foam panels. Windkits LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1110626, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2016 with respect to a workplace located at 7346 Penn Drive Allentown, PA 18106.
