29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about 2/11/2019, The company did not have suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body available in the immediate area of the Accella Tire Fill System. b) On or about 2/14/2019, Employee was using North Woods Fire Ball chemical to clean over spray off of tires without immediate access to quick drenching or flushing facilities for the eyes or body.
