29 CFR 1926.451(f)(1): Scaffold and/or scaffold components were loaded in excess of their maximum intended loads or rated capacities, whichever was less: On or about February 7, 2019, and at times prior to, at a bridge sandblasting/painting project located on highway 69, 4 miles south of Muskogee, OK, the employer allowed three employees to work from a suspended scaffold which exceeded the manufacturers recommendation, exposing the employees to the hazards of falls.
