OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees from crushing hazards: (a) Jobsite, 4100 Industrial Park Drive, Altoona, PA: Jobsite, 4100 Industrial Park Drive, Altoona, PA: On or about, February 8th 2019 a structure, still under construction, was not secured to resist wind loading exposing employees standing directly adjacent to the structure to crushed by hazards.
