Guy Brothers Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1240964, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 27, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4030 Bonway Drive, Pensacola, FL 32505. Guyson Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1061938, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 25, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1901 S Highway 77, Lynn Haven, FL 32444.
