29 CFR 1910.132(f)(1): The employer did not provide training to each employee who is required by this section to use PPE. Each employee was not trained to know at least the following: (i) When PPE is necessary; (ii) What PPE is necessary; a) Production line A, Hot Water Bath - On or about January 29, 2019, employees removing aerosol cans from the hot water bath had not been trained in what PPE was required when clearing jams in the hot water bath.
