29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) This violation occurred on or about February 5, 2019, at the job site located at 545 Centenary Lane, Rockwall, TX; where employees were placing roofing shingles on a pre-existing residential single family house and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.
