29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about January 18, 2019, at an establishment located at 2020 Northwest 19th Street, Paris, TX; in the Makeup production department where employees working and operating a Moline sheeter dough machine, model 330 was exposed to an amputation hazard. JAMES SKINNER BAKING COMPANY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1910.212 (A)(1) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1319142, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1A THAT WAS ISSUED ON AUGUST 8, 2018 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2020 19TH STREET NORTHWEST, PARIS, TX.
