29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: (a) On or about 01/24/19 - 10835 Tingle Tangle Road, Vance, Alabama, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 35 feet while installing fiber optic cable from the platform (basket) of an Altec aerial lift, Model AN67, without using fall protection.
