29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On or about 1/16/2019 - 612 Trace St. Gadsden, AL, employees were exposed to fall hazards when removing and installing sheet metal on an 8:12 pitched roof at approximately 23 feet above the ground level.
