29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The floor of each workroom was not maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. When wet processes are used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats must be provided: On January 22, 2019, at times prior thereto, condensation was observed to be present on an inadequate metal, grated, elevated floor, at the entranceway of a walk-in freezer, exposing employees to slip and fall hazards.
