29 CFR 1910.134(k)(5): Respiratory protection retraining was not conducted at least annually: a) On or about January 16, 2019, Faurecia Emissions Control Systems NA, LLC did not ensure that employees required to wear Power Air Purifying Respirators (PAPRs) while conducing welding operations had received annual training. Employees had not been retrained since their initial training in April of 2017.
