29 CFR 1910.151(c): When the eyes or body of any person were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) On January 18, 2019, in the maintenance room, the employer did not provide suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes in the immediate work area for emergency use for employees mixing and spraying a chemical product containing ammonium bifluoride, a corrosive chemical.
