29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): On or about March 22, 2018 and times prior there to, the employer did not guard the in rolling nip point at the point of operation of the Black Brothers adhesive spreader and roll coater. The rollers that apply adhesive to the ridged foam board were not guarded to prevent employees from putting parts of their body into the point of operation. United Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910(212)(a)(3)(ii), which is contained in OSHA inspection #1304931, and was affirmed as a final order on August 29, 2018 with respect to a workplace located at 1900 East Central Avenue, Bentonville, Arkansas, 72712.
