29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section. a) Folding Department - On or about 1/16/2019, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the procedure developed and utilized for the control of hazardous energies of machines such as, but not limited to, 202-2 WD Envelop press machine was not provided in Vietnamese when employees were repairing the machines.
