29 CFR 1910.165(d)(4): All supervised employee alarm systems were not tested at least annually for reliability and adequacy: On or about 01/16/2019, American Airlines, located at 10900 Lambert International Blvd., Bridgeton, MO, the fire alarm system had not been tested with the corresponding evacuation drill in over 1 year. It had been two years or longer for the complete testing procedure had been performed.
