OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, in that employees were exposed to ejection and crushing hazards while operating a forklift without wearing the required seatbelt: a) On or about January 10, 2019, in the Shop area, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) wore the required seat belt while operating a Yale Lift Truck (Model: GLP030AFNUAE084; Serial: B810N04775C) to move material on the production floor.
