29 CFR 1904.39(a)(1): The employer did not report within 8-hours the death of an employee resulting from a work-related incident: a) Copper Spring Ranch, LLC: On January 3, 2019 the employer failed to report a fatality of one employee as a result of a work-related incident, within (8) eight hours. An employee sustained fatal injuries on January 3, 2019 and OSHA was notified by a media referral on January 8, 2019.
