29 CFR 1910.28(b)(2)(i)(C): The employer did not ensure employees are protected from falls by the use of a travel restraint system: On or about, 1/3/2019, at warehouse Area 7, an employee inspecting the hangers of a sprinkler system while standing on the 4th tier of a rack system was exposed to a 22.5 foot fall hazard due to lack of fall protection equipment.
